Yesterday at Dreamforce, I attended a session featuring Ellen Pompeo: Elevating Voices On and Off Screen. At first, I hesitated. I wasn’t sure how a Hollywood conversation would connect to my world in leadership and community engagement. But in that moment, I chose something different — I chose me.

And I’m so glad I did.
